This coffee's blend starts in Cajamarca, Peru, home to some of the highest coffee covered mountains in the country. Harvested and processed at the eponymous Rutas Del Inca cooperative.
We've brought this Peruvian coffee together with two separate Ethiopian coffees. One from the Yirgicheffe region of the country and the other from the Oma Fontule region. The first has gone through a classic natural processing for a fruit and floral forward bean, and the second coffee is a Limu that has been put through a yeast aided anaerobic fermentation process.
We hope to offer you a cup of coffee that is both surprising and comforting, like receiving a well thought out gift from a good friend.
