Story

This blend's Mexico component comes from the Cosautlan region, a smaller sourcing area on the country's northern shore. APG, a Mexican exporter based in Coatepec, worked with Red Fox Merchants to source this community lot from Barranca Grande, Cosautlan.

The Ethiopian component to this roast comes from the Gedeb region of Yirgecheffe, specifically the from the Aynalem Kupo Processing Mill in Bareda, that processes the harvests of around 200 farms in the region.
