Story

Andino features coffees from our longest standing partnership and favorite producing group – The Rutas Del Inca Agrarian Cooperative. Only 8 years old, this group of young, quality driven coffee farmers and processors leverage their region's high altitude micro-climate to create some of the best coffees north of Lima.

The coffee lands of Chota, Cajamarca are almost fully enclosed by the Andean mountain range, ensuring a cool, stable climate that allows cherry to mature, sweeten and come into their prime by the time harvest season arrives. They grow staple coffee varietals like Typica & bourbon along side more boutique varietals like Pache that create compexity & standout flavors in the cup.
