Do I get a discount for subscribing?

Any bag of coffee you get as part of a subscription will have some discount. For recurring subscriptions, this is somewhere between $1 and $4, depending on the roast or collection.

Additionally, we offer 10% and 15% discounts when paying up-front for six or twelve months of deliveries, respectively—and shipping is free, whenever you pre-pay.

I’m traveling, and don't need coffee delivered while I'm away.

No problem—just log in to your account and click “skip” on any deliveries you don't need. The rest of your deliveries will be made, normally.

Unfortunately, you can not skip deliveries for pre-paid subscriptions.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Please note, though, that there are cutoff times during the week, so keep an eye out for "upcoming delivery" emails—this means we're about to charge for your next delivery. Just cancel before or soon after receiving this note, and you’re done!
