The pura fruta blend is comprised of over 40 different day lots. This lot was developed by our head team leader in our Quality Control team after cupping each varietal lot alone. The combination of the varietals provided a stronger, more balanced and wider range of flavor.

At Finca El Platanillo, Stuardo has managed to promote and perpetuate environmentally friendly practices which are not only compliant with current day certifications, but with his own personal quest to find the balance between the ecosystem and a productive high quality coffee plantation as one wholesome unit.
